For the album artwork, we collaborated with woodcut artist Tim Stampton of Ballagh Studio, Malin, Co. Donegal, as part of the project’s overall creative vision. Through discussions about the mood, themes and atmosphere of the music, Tim developed an original woodcut image of three women in a boat.

The handcrafted quality of the piece reflected the organic, tradition- rooted nature of the recording, and the image became the central visual motif for the album, informing all associated artwork and merchandise.
